ARRRT On Buses at East Carolina University ARRRT is a cooperative program, put together to enhance the atmosphere on ECU Student Transit Buses and expose students to the creative work of ECU community members. The program is a collaborative between ECU Student Media, Off Campus Student Services, and ECU Transit. The ridership, last fiscal year from July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012 was 2,320,288 passengers.
